Balaka Satellite Centre Library

Mzuzu University Balaka Satellite Library provides a range of information and library services to support teaching, learning, research and academic activities. It mainly serves ODeL students, members of staff, and external users.

• Short loan services for high-demand materials
• Long loan services for extended borrowing
• A limited Malawiana collection on Malawi
• Borrowing of course modules
• Access to printed and electronic resources — Virtual Library, Digital Repository and MyLoft
• Information Literacy Programme for new and continuing students
• Tablets loaded with e-resources (borrowed within the library for up to 3 hours)
• Remote support through a WhatsApp Library Support Chat Box

Balaka, Machinga, Mangochi, Mwanza, Neno, Ntcheu and Zomba.
